HR Assistant

**Responsibilities**:
- Assist in recruitment activities & employee onboarding/offboarding;
- Manage the Company's internship programs and other Talent Management initiatives;
- Plan & organize employee welfare initiatives and activities;
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date human resource records and documentation through SharePoint and HRMS;
- Handles all administrative matters;
- Any other adhoc duties & projects as assigned by the Management.
**Requirements**:
- **Education**: Minimum Diploma in Human Resource or any other related discipline.
- **Experience**: At least 1 year of working experience in the related field.
- Knowledgeable in common HR practices and Employment Act.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Good communication & interpersonal skills, meticulous and multitasker with good self-initiative.
- Positive attitude and able to work independently under pressure and as a team player.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $2,000.00 - $2,500.00 per month
