**Position**:
**Main Responsibilities**

**1) Budgeting & CAPEX**
- To work with commercial team for budget forecast and reviews.
- To prepare the reports to HQ during the budget period.
- To prepare the CAPEX for corners renovation or boutique opening.

2) On-time & Accurate Reporting
- To ensure weekly sales best estimate is submitted to HQ after the discussion with commercial team.
- To ensure monthly sell-in, channel sales report and sales summary report are submitted.
- To ensure HQ reports are submitted on time for Reforecast and Budget.

3) Analysis
- To perform margin analysis by channels to analyze the margin & in terms of channel and product for both local and exports markets.
- To work on price analysis for price increase by comparing current vs new prices for increase and variance.
- To provide analysis for all channels by reference which include the sell-in and sell-out units for the last 12 months, average sell-in and sell-out units, stock availability, wholesale prices and values.
- To perform monthly trade stock analysis, identify aging stock and drive action plans with commercial teams.
- To perform any other ad-hoc analysis.

4) Product forecast and orders
- To prepare the demand forecast in Anaplan according to the Brand’s guidelines and product demands from customers.
- To submit monthly demand through Anaplan for both local and export markets.
- To manage product allocation for relevant markets on timely basis.

5) Ad-Hoc
- To assist Finance & Operations Director in preparing ad-hoc financial presentations and projects.

**Job Requirements**
**Working Experience & Education Requirements**
Bachelor Degree or above with some years of experience in business analysis, it would be an advantage to have prior experience in wholesale & retail industry.

**Professional qualification**
CFA would be an advantage Language Skills
Excellent command in written and spoken English Competency Requirements

Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word is a must.
Knowledge of SAP system, PBI and Python is a plus.
