**Job Description & Requirements**

Business Development Specialist

Undertake the company’s comprehensive expansion goal of your local market under the jurisdiction of the company;
Visit target merchants,introduce our platform, and invitemerchants to join;
Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support;answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions;
responding to client requests for proposals;
Complete the merchant backend settings to help the merchant operate in the app, maintain adatabase of merchant information (somebackend is in Chinese);
Organize the implementation of the marketing promotion plan, and complete the regional transaction target and profit target;
Identify problems from transaction data and continue to optimize strategies and plans;
Assist the headquarters to formulate policies for the national wide marketing team.

**Requirements**:
A Diploma in Business/Management or any related fields;
Experience in B2B Sales and Account Management will be astrong advantage;
Excellent negotiation skills, cooperate with the team to promote business cooperation,and be able tocomplete negotiations on their own;
Persuasive, goal-oriented, responsible,hardworking, good at communication and able to work under pressure;
Strong Can-DoAttitude with highwork ethics Independent, self-motivated and result-oriented

5 days work, 9:00-18:00

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,800.00 - $3,500.00 per month
