We’re looking for a **Consulting Associate Intern** who is driven and curious, able to spot opportunities, and help bring bold ideas to life.

You’ll play a key role in **research, supporting strategy development, and contributing to project execution**, all while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-growing startup environment.

**What You’ll Do**
- Conduct **market research, competitor analysis, and campaign development**.
- Translate findings into **actionable insights** to support project strategies.
- Contribute to **idea generation and brainstorming sessions** for campaigns and initiatives.
- Support **executions of selected projects**, ensuring smooth implementation.
- Assist in **tracking outcomes and preparing reports** to evaluate performance.
- Collaborate closely with the Custory team in a **fast-paced, agile environment**.

- **Strong interest in entrepreneurship/working in a startup environment long-term**:

- Strong **communication and storytelling skills**; able to make research clear and compelling.
- Passionate about **brands, business growth, and digital/social media trends**.
