We're looking for a Consulting Associate Intern who is driven and curious, able to spot opportunities, and help bring bold ideas to life.

You'll play a key role in research, supporting strategy development, and contributing to project execution, all while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-growing startup environment.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and campaign development.
  • Translate findings into actionable insights to support project strategies.
  • Contribute to idea generation and brainstorming sessions for campaigns and initiatives.
  • Support executions of selected projects, ensuring smooth implementation.
  • Assist in tracking outcomes and preparing reports to evaluate performance.
  • Collaborate closely with the Custory team in a fast-paced, agile environment.

  • Strong interest in entrepreneurship/working in a startup environment long-term
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills; able to make research clear and compelling.
  • Passionate about brands, business growth, and digital/social media trends.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable to shifting priorities.
