**Responsibilities:
- Work closely with sales and product marketing teams to understand end customer value, develop targeted content for APAC market to support leads generation
- Implement Screening Eagle’s brand strategy & brand guidelines in APAC region, establish and increase brand awareness
- Increase online presence and digital communities, analyse and improve performance through optimizations and promotions
- Plan and coordinate trade fairs, seminars, webinars, keynotes; produce promotion campaigns for new product launches and events
- Localize and proofread product presentation & brochures, use cases, corporate communications and global strategic campaigns

**Requirements:
- 10+ years marketing experience, of which at least 3 years is in B2B marketing
- 5+ years of experience leading marketing teams
- Excellent leadership skills, with 3+ years’ experience leading, managing, and coaching high-performing teams to achieve shared objectives.
- Extensive experience developing and executing a marketing strategy in alignment with Field Sales teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly present ideas, updates, and results to business partners
- Strong business acumen and ability to think as a broader business leader in addition to as a marketing leader
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced and demanding environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously and prioritizing resources based on business impact
- An obsession with customer value and understanding customer pain points and needs, so as to translate that into compelling marketing programs that help deliver value
