They are one of the fastest growing businesses within their space and have huge ambitions for continued growth and market share. They are now inviting a Head of Marketing APAC to join their team. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership Develop and execute a cohesive regional marketing strategy aligned with overall business and revenue objectives. Localize and adapt marketing plans for Singapore, Australia, and Japan to ensure cultural relevance and commercial impact. Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing regional marketing team. Events & Experience Marketing Lead the end-to-end strategy, execution, and measurement of key events, conferences, client experiences, and sponsorships. Create an annual events calendar to drive brand visibility, client engagement, and business development. Ensure consistent brand storytelling and experience across all regional events. Strengthen and evolve the company’s brand positioning across APAC through impactful campaigns and creative execution. Oversee the production of brand assets, marketing collateral, and digital content that align with global brand standards. Manage external agencies and vendors to deliver high-quality creative and experiential outcomes. Communications & Public Relations Lead corporate communications and media engagement strategies to enhance brand reputation and thought leadership. Develop executive communications, press releases, and content for external and internal audiences. Collaborate closely with global and local teams to ensure message consistency and alignment with business priorities. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with sales, product, and operations teams to ensure marketing initiatives drive lead generation and client engagement. Collaborate with global marketing to adapt and execute global campaigns for local markets. Monitor performance metrics and provide insights for ongoing optimization of marketing activities. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. 10+ years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or regional marketing role. Proven success in events management, brand strategy, and corporate communications. Experience in the technology or fintech sector preferred. Demonstrated ability to manage multi-market marketing operations, ideally across Singapore, Australia, and Japan. Strong understanding of cultural nuances and consumer behavior across APAC markets. Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and project execution skills.
