**Astek International **is proposing an opportunity for **Revenue Management Analyst **to support our project based in **Singapore.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage customer relationships and communication for Revenue Management and Dynamic Pricing business.
- Guide customers in adopting capabilities, adapting communication to various audiences.
- Proactively solve problems, ensuring customer satisfaction and mitigating risks.
- Build trust and maintain customer relationships.
- Develop expertise in airline business practices and our capabilities.
- Understand customer's business and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Conduct training sessions for customers.
- Gain knowledge in data science and effectively present data to customers.
- Support business development activities, identifying upsell opportunities.
- Participate in pre-sales engagements.
- Foster personal and team growth:

- Build networks and share customer feedback for product improvements.
- Enhance consulting methodologies and coach junior consultants.

We are looking for individuals currently working in the Airline industry, preferably with hands-on experience in areas like revenue management, pricing, network planning, or sales and marketing.

It would be beneficial if you also possess a range of IT skills, including data science, visualization, and operations research.
