**==== > FOR MALAYSIA AND SINGAPORE CANDIDATES ONLY < ====** **JOB HIGHLIGHTS** - 13th month salary - OT - Possibility of career advancement - Good and friendly working environment - Innovative food manufacturing company - Very near to public transportation MRT and buses **JOB DESCRIPTION** - Production operator role - Operate Machine - At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. - Preferably Non-Executives specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operating production lines or equivalent. - Basic Computer literacy (Microsoft Excel, Word) - Able to read and write English - Able to read and interpret basic Engineering drawing - Required Skill(s): teamwork, fast learning, organized, working in detail, flexible, quality oriented This working position requires to run and monitor the production line for coffee, tea and soluble capsules. This comes with learning the use and maintenance of the automated production lines. It also requires the handling of ingredients and the handling of finished products to be placed on pallets. **PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES** - To operate the production lines. - Assisting the Production Supervisor to ensure the orders are manufactured correctly, cost effectively and delivered on time in accordance to defined specifications and quality. - Loading the filling line with ingredients and materials needed for the production. - Arranging finished products on pallets. - Ensuring all plants, machineries and equipment are well maintained and in good condition. - Other ad hoc duties required, related to production and day to day activities. **KNOWLEDGE AND REQUIREMENTS.** - Passionate and initiative personality. - Able to multi task and quick in response. - Self-driven and open to challenges. - Knowledge in manufacturing company and machineries will be a plus point. - SKILLS: organized, quality oriented, work in details, fast learner **COMPANY OVERVIEW** Through IRIS GROUP we bring the expertise and knowledge of the Italian coffee industry together with the partnership of leading companies in capsule manufacturing and filling.
