**Job Description**:
**Overview**

We are seeking a motivated, high-agency intern to drive automation and AI initiatives. In this lean environment, you will have autonomy to explore technical projects, hands-on learning opportunities.

**Key Responsibilities**

Automation & Workflow Implementation
- Develop, maintain, and optimize automated processes using platforms such as Zapier and n8n.
- Evaluate current workflows, identify inefficiencies, and propose innovative solutions.

AI & LLM Integration
- Incorporate AI agents and Large Language Models (LLMs) into existing systems to enhance data processing, user engagement, and operational efficiency.
- Manage API integrations to ensure secure and reliable data flow for AI/LLM solutions.

Technical Execution & Ownership
- Shape and maintain a robust technical architecture, emphasizing scalability, security, and reliability.
- Contribute to best practices in coding standards and overall system design, especially in Python and SQL (with Java as a plus).

Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with various teams (Product, Finance, Operations) to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

**Requirements**:
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong interest in automation, integration, or AI-related projects. Past experience is a huge plus
- Up to date on the latest AI trends

Technical Skill Set
- Proficiency in Python and SQL; Java experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with AI agents, Large Language Models, and related APIs.
- Comfortable with version control (e.g., Git) and software development best practices.
- Experience setting up workflows with tools like Zapier or n8n.

High-Agency & Problem-Solving
- Ability to identify problems and deliver creative, efficient solutions with mínimal guidance.
- Openness to learning on the job and adapting to fast-evolving tech stacks.

Communication & Collaboration
- Strong interpersonal skills for coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to convey complex technical concepts in clear, everyday language.
