**About the Role**:
As an **AI Automation & Web Development Intern**, you'll support the team by building internal and client-facing automations, developing and maintaining websites, and assisting with technical troubleshooting. You'll also get foundational exposure to digital marketing to understand how your work fits into broader strategies. No prior automation or Webflow experience? No problem. We’ll train you—just bring curiosity and a strong learning mindset.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Web Development & Support**:

- Build, update and manage websites using **Webflow**:

- Assist in maintaining **WordPress**websites (content optimization, plugin updates, site speed, backups)
- Implement UI/UX best practices and improve page performance
- Troubleshoot technical issues on sites and automation toolsProvide basic tech support to the team and clients as needed

**AI Automation**:

- Design, create, and maintain automation workflows in **n8n**(training provided)
- Test and improve automated workflows for internal operations and client support
- Help document processes for automation systems
- Design interface for client portalsHelp generate client reports using AI automation

**Digital Marketing Fundamentals**:

- Learn the basics of SEO, analytics, and digital tools
- Conduct keyword research and optimize website content,
- Craft and improve written content to align with SEO strategies and brand voice
- Implement SEO best practices and monitor performance
- Assist with Big Wall Digital website and SEO improvements
- Implement basic SEO improvements for existing clients
- Explore methods to enhance the website's user interface and user experience, as well as optimizing for conversion rate optimization
- Assist team with other ad hoc tasks or projects

**What We're Looking For**:

- A keen interest in **automation, web development, and problem-solving**:

- Willingness to learn **n8n**, **Webflow**, and other low-code tools
- Familiarity with basic HTML/CSS or CMS platforms
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive in troubleshooting and testing
- Self-motivated, enjoys working remotely and good time management to manage their own schedule and responsibilities
- Willingness to learn and grow within the SEO and digital marketing space.
- Bonus: Strong communication skills to assist in documenting systems or responding to client issues
- Bonus: Computing background or some experience in web development
