**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for all the PCBA customer accounts assigned, to ensure all product quality, process quality and system quality to conform with customers’ specifications and internal quality system requirements.
- Escalation point all the PCBA customer accounts in given account, to liaise with Customer Quality representatives on all Quality matters.
- Consolidate monthly and/or quarterly Customer Quality Presentations
- Review the investigation on all Customer Quality Feedback, Complaints, RMA FA and CAR with internal cross-functional team for comprehensive root cause failure analysis and ensure closure with effective implementation of corrective actions and preventive actions.
- Consolidate the product quality performance and generate quality reports; chair internal weekly or bi-weekly product quality improvement meetings to reduce the customer reject and field return rate for continual improvement; Identify Quality Improvement projects and initiatives to drive Customer Satisfaction with Quality.
- Oversight on all the PCBA customer accounts, MRB meetings for disposition of MRR’s for production line fallout for non-conforming materials/ products; conduct first level analysis with ME on Production Material Line Fallout, before requesting for vendors’ failure analysis and actions for relevant cases.
- Establish with customer representative and internal team on New Product Quality plans, procedures, work instruction for overall quality control and coordinate implementation and maintenance of such plans, procedures or instructions; conduct quality training/ cross training for QA inspectors.
- Lead Audit customer product line for compliance to applicable standards and procedures

**Job Requirements**
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Electronics/ Electrical/ Mechanical
- Degree holders with more than 5 years working experience as QA in Electronics/ PCBA/ Box Build manufacturing environment or Diploma holders with more than 5 yearrs similar working experience will also be considered.
- Min 2 years of Quality function supervisory experience
- Experience in Medical Devices manufacturing processes will be an advantage
- Experience covering Mechanical, Electro-Mechanical, and Electrical/Electronic commodities
- Basic knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO13485, ISO14001, FDA 21 CFR Part 820 & Part 11 Quality System Requirements will be an advantage
- Familiarity with IPC standards will be an advantage
