If you are a high achiever fresh out of university and looking for a rewarding career path in a dynamic startup environment, PRISM+ is opening up a Management Associate position, designed to groom you into an all-rounded entrepreneur and e-commerce digital marketing superstar. You will work directly with the Founder and Chief of Staff and be immersed in every aspect of driving a successful ecommerce business - from product strategy & planning, performance marketing, creatives, influencer marketing and data analysis.

**Responsibilities**
- Work directly with the Founder, COO and Chief of Staff on the most critical and high-impact areas of the business
- Management and execution of viral performance marketing campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube & TikTok
- End-to-end campaign planning, coordination execution, monitoring and reporting of key campaigns
- In-depth data analysis via Excel to drive actionable business insights
- Potential to get involved in M&A, fundraising, product strategy and roadmap, new business launch from 0 to 1
- Rotation amongst various departments to gain a holistic understanding of the business and contribute to multiple facets of the organization

Overall, this position requires a strategic mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders. You will play a crucial role in shaping marketing strategies, driving insights-driven decision-making, and exploring innovative marketing channels to achieve business objectives.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 1 - 3 years of relevant work experience
- Proven experience in marketing, advertising, or a related role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficient in marketing software, such as Google Analytics and CRM systems
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Highly organized with great attention to detail
