**Job Title**:Insights Analytics Senior Manager

**Location**:Bangalore

**Business & Team**:Risk Management - Analytics

Impact & contribution: End to end manage and deliver business outcomes.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Working collaboratively with the Product teams, Delivery teams, Analytics team to develop and deliver Analytics and Insights solutions
- You will challenge assumptions and proposed solutions to drive the quality of the final solution.
- You will deliver to deadlines by managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Using your business acumen, you will translate complex business requirements and objectives into technical briefings.
- You will synthesize qualitative and quantitative data and facts from various sources to identify relationships and patterns, drawing logical conclusions about customer needs and how best to meet them.
- You will present ideas or analysis to senior stakeholders and business users with strong recommendations.
- Lead, guide and mentor team members for quality delivery, career development and day to day guidance
- Adhere to the Code of Conduct. The Code of Conduct sets the standards of behaviour, actions and decisions we expect from our people.

**Essential Skills**:

- Strong Analytical and Visualization Skills -Expert in Tableau, SQL, Python, Strong Visualization and Power BI Strong Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint and Excel)
- Good with Agile ways of working, JIRA, GitHub, SharePoint
- Stakeholder Management - Good relationship building skills, advanced communication and engagement skills with a collaborative style. The ability to articulate complex technical or analytical requirements or findings in common non-technical terms.
- Storytelling - Good Communication and storytelling skill and experience to present to senior stakeholders and business.
- Strategic Thinking - Commercial acumen, comfortable in fast moving environment and an aptitude to question and challenge stakeholders & fellow team members to get to the best outcomes
- Risk Mindset - All CommBank employees are expected to proactively identify and understand, openly discuss and act on current and future risks.

**Qualifications**:

- 15+ Years of experience in Data Analytics and Visualizations
- B.E. or B. Tech. or equivalent or post-graduation degree in Computer Applications or IT or Business Administration with 10+ years of relevant experience
