**Job Descriptions**:

- Oversee incoming, outgoing, and transshipment activities, and create invoices and plant-related documents.
- Maintain and update an internal price list database to ensure accuracy of pricing, products, and terms.
- Manage warehouse stock inventory levels and replenishment.
- Coordinate with internal department, local and overseas vendors, customers, freight forwarders, and carriers to schedule deliveries and pickups.
- Track and follow up with suppliers and customers to ensure timely submission of shipping documents.
- Recommend cost-effective and efficient solutions.
- Oversee day-to-day operational matters and challenges.

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management / Logistics or any other relevant discipline with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
- High Level interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical, negotiation power, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational, inventory management, and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive and positive person with a strong motivation to learn, a self-starter, ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
- A good team player yet able to deliver independent assignments as required.

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month
