Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily warehouse operations, including inbound and outbound shipments for online orders.
  • Coordinate with the e-commerce team on order fulfilment, inventory updates, and returns.
  • Perform accurate picking, packing, labelling, and dispatching of customer orders based on online sales channels (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Shopify, Facebook).
  • Ensure all parcels are packed according to platform guidelines and meet delivery cut-off times.
  • Maintain real-time stock accuracy and conduct regular cycle counts and inventory reconciliation.
  • Use e-commerce fulfilment software and WMS (Warehouse Management System) to process orders and update stock levels.
  • Liaise with third-party logistics (3PL) partners or couriers for timely pick-up and delivery.
  • Handle returns, exchanges, and restocking of products based on SOPs.
  • Ensure the warehouse is clean, well-organized, and compliant with safety protocols.

Job Requirements:
  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level / NITEC / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a warehouse role, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
  • Familiar with order management systems and local courier platforms (e.g., Ninja Van, J&T, Qxpress).
  • Comfortable with basic Excel, microsoft docs, inventory software, and barcode scanners.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently, multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to lift heavy objects and able to perform manual handling tasks.
