Possess a bachelors or higher degree that included 15 semester hours in statistics (or in mathematics and statistics, provided at least 6 semester hours were in statistics), and 9 additional semester hours in one or more of the following: physical or biological sciences, medicine, education, or engineering; or in the social sciences including demography, history, economics, social welfare, geography, international relations, social or cultural anthropology, health sociology, political science, public administration, psychology, etc. (Must provide transcripts.)- **Specialized Experience**: **GS-13**: You must possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent in difficulty and responsibility to the **GS-12** level in the Federal service (obtained in either the public or private sectors) performing at least three (3) of the four (4) duties listed below: - Designing and executing analyses using large cloud-hosted administrative data to respond to research questions, particularly those that rely on longitudinal data analyses. - Conducting data analyses, collecting data, and creating data visualizations from analyses. - Replicating or enhancing analytic methods and research designs to contribute to analyses relevant to child welfare or social science programs. - Using appropriate software and analytical tools, which include but may not be limited to Tableau, Python or R. **Documenting Experience**: IN DESCRIBING YOUR EXPERIENCE, PLEASE BE CLEAR AND SPECIFIC.
