**Position**:Senior Medical Writer

Our services span brand strategy and creative through to medical communications. Active clients include Santen, Eisai (APAC and EMEA), Takeda, Roche, Medtronic, Mundipharma, SGH / SSI and Singapore Red Cross.

**Role**:
Medical writers conceive and create scientific communications for many different healthcare professional and consumer audiences. These communications include a wide range of educational and promotional materials such as websites, interactive detail aids and meeting materials, and a range of patient information/education materials.

**Experience/Skills**:

- Strong academic background in life sciences
- 3-6 years of experience in writing promotional and non-promotional content for health and wellness brands and/or in health and wellness agencies highly desirable

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough literature searches for various projects
- Combines scientific knowledge and writing skills to prepare clear, well-constructed content that aligns with the client’s business objectives and is targeted to the audience
- Work with business development and client servicing teams as necessary to effectively portray scientific competencies when business-seeking.
- Attends client meetings, leads, and contributes to the development of projects.
- Works across a spectrum of medical communication projects including medical meetings, HCP and patient educational materials, marketing, and salesforce materials through to consumer campaigns.
- Responsible for editorial project delivery starting from literature review, to outline and copy development, through to proofing layout and approving final artwork
- Educates the internal team by way of clinical overviews of new disease states and preparation of key message documents
- Provides onsite support for medical meetings as required
- Supports the team in new business pitches
- Additional tasks as defined by the Scientific Director/Senior Editor
