**Working Hours - Mon to Fri, Office Hours
**Job Description
- Source for tech talents using various channels & platforms.
- Involve in end to end recruitment process from sourcing to offer management
- Involve in Planning, organizing and participating in recruitment drives (Career Fairs, Tech Talks, Uni and Poly Events, etc.).
- Partner with Universities and Polytechnics in providing internship opportunities for students.
- Work closely with hiring managers to fulfil both hiring needs and bringing in quality tech talents
- Support recruitment team to collect and analyse data that is useful for strategic planning.

**Job Requirements**
- Diploma in Infocomm, Business or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in hiring tech talents (Eg: Software Engineers, Data Scientist, Data Engineers, UI/UX Designers, Cybersecurity Specialists, Project Managers, etc).
- Able to work independently & also a great team player.
- Possess a creative and innovative mindset Eg. Think of different approaches to improve recruitment approaches, processes, and strategies.
