**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Execute Comprehensive **sales and marketing strategies**via face-to-face interactions with the employer daily.**:

- Alternatively Perform **telemarketing calls to leads provided by us to achieve sales target.**:

- Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
- Understanding the needs of the customers and recommend suitable workforce to themEnsure call activities are conducted with full adherence to regulations and in line with the Quality standards
- **Working hours: 5.5 days work week: Monday
- Friday: 9.00am - 6.00pm & Saturday 9am -2pm**:

- **Salary Package: Basic + Commission**

**Requirements**:

- **Only Singaporean Preferred for this position**:

- **Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin and Excellent communication and relationship building skills**.
- **Possess CEI (Basic)**:

- **At least 1 years of relevant experience
**Possess a high degree of diplomacy and tact in managing issues and difficult situationsStrong knowledge in staffing techniques and labour regulations
