- Overall responsibility to ensureefficient communication processes with all end users as required to assure stable and reliable IT services for all in-scope areas of the bank's businesses
- Overall responsibility for IT Policies and MAS Audit to ensure IT Compliance with Corporate and MAS Regulatory Guidelines
- This role designated with Division Head scope and responsibilities and involved in ITSC.

**Qualifications**
- At least a Bachelor's degree holder in computer science, engineering, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 18 years' experience in the IT industry preferably in financial institutions of which at least 10 years’ experience are in IT supervisory leadership and management
- Excellent leadership management and coaching skills
- Strong communication, interpersonal and conflict management skills.
- Strong, supervisory, people management skills.
