**Responsibilities**:

- Set up and operate thermal spray and HVOF coating equipment.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Prepare surfaces and materials for the coating process.
- Monitor and adjust machine settings for optimal performance.
- Conduct routine maintenance on equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Document production activities and maintain accurate records.
- Follow safe work practices and procedures.
- 10. Ensure company and QHSE policies and procedures are adhered to at all times.
- 11. Participate/ attend all functions, activities and meeting organized by the company.
- 12. Perform other assignment and duties as and when required.

**Accountability**:

- Ensure on time delivery of finished product.
- Minimize rework and rejection rate.
- Work with the team to achieve QHSE objectives.
- Maintain good housekeeping at all times.
- Report all unsafe acts, infrastructure and environment to related Managers.
- Ensure all jobs are properly handed over during shift change.

**Requirement**:

- NTC/ Nitec or Diploma preferably in Manufacturing/ Mechanical/ Engineering discipline or equivalent.
- Preferably 1-3 years of relevant experience in the metal machining or oil and gas industries.
- Preferably 2 years in a similar capacity or experience in thermal spray coating operations, preferably HVOF.
