**Job Description**:

- Operate Thermal Spray Equipment, specifically HVOF system, Plasma System, Flame spray system and Arc Spray System
- Operate ABB Robots to manipulate spray equipment
- Perform surface preparation by means of Aluminum Oxide grit blasting.
- Maintain Spray booths properly to include spray equipment, tooling and special cooling fixtures
- Set ABB robot to run with proper program
- Operate spray equipment per set parameter for different materials
- Visually inspect coating for bond and uniformity
- Successfully remove tapes and other masking
- Perform daily housekeeping and any other duties assigned

**Requirements**:

- 3 year of experience required
- Knowledge of Thermal Spray Process and typical equipment required
- Must be able to read, write and speak English
- Understanding of Basic Math computations, such as reading a ruler / micrometer and clipper
- Understanding of standard tools, such as basic mechanics tools
- The ability to watch, listen and learn / retain training for rapid understanding of processes
