**Position Summary**:
The Chief Representative in Singapore will lead the establishment and operation of the Singapore Representative Office to explore new business opportunities in Southeast Asia. The role involves conducting comprehensive market research, providing strategic support to regional markets (i.e., Indonesia, the Philippines, Thailand, and Vietnam), and building relationships with key pharmaceutical stakeholders in the region. This position is critical for enhancing the company's regional presence, supporting local teams, monitoring industry trends, and strengthening the company's brand visibility and long-term commitment in Southeast Asia.

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Manage daily operations of the Representative Office, ensuring alignment with the Company's strategic objectives for Southeast Asia, adherence to company policies and procedures, and compliance with local regulations and legal requirements.
- Act as the organization’s local representative in Singapore, serving as the main point of contact while upholding the Company's reputation and standards.
- Monitor industry trends, the competitive landscape, and regulatory developments, providing insights and recommendations to leadership.
- Provide strategic support and guidance to the Company's local teams in Southeast Asia to deepen market understanding and optimize regional business strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the pharmaceutical sector, including healthcare professionals, partners, clients, government officials, and industry organizations.
- Participate in exhibitions and industry fairs to enhance the Company’s visibility and cultivate a regional network.
- Report regularly to headquarters on progress, activities, and results achieved.
- Coordinate with corporate functions at the parent company in Spain - including finance, regulatory affairs, and marketing - to ensure the smooth operation and compliance of the Representative Office.
- Facilitate clear communication between the Representative Office and internal stakeholders, including other branches and departments.

Uphold the Company’s values and demonstrate a long-term commitment to the Company’s growth and presence in the Southeast Asian pharmaceutical market.

**Requirements**:

- University degree in pharmaceutical or biological sciences, engineering, or business administration and a Master's degree in business administration from a reputable business school.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector or management consulting (experience with MBB firms is highly valued).
- Proficiency in Spanish and English is required, as the role involves ongoing communication with internal leadership in Spain who only communicates in Spanish and external stakeholders across the APAC region.

- Project Management: Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to lead and coordinate cross-border initiatives.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, pharmacists, key opinion leaders, distributors, and consultants.
- Autonomy and Coordination: Ability to work independently while effectively coordinating with corporate functions such as finance, regulatory affairs, and marketing based at the parent company.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel across the APAC region as required.
- Language Proficiency: Valid certification or academic credentials demonstrating proficiency in English and Spanish (official language certificates or degrees in English/Spanish will be accepted).
