**Social Media Marketing**

We are looking for a Social Media Executive with a passion for social media, an affinity for building a community and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to join our growing business.

**Responsibilities**
- Planning content and managing the social content calendar across all channels to work effectively with all other marketing activity.
- Briefing design team to create effective social creative, including attending photoshoots and company events for behind-the-scenes content.
- Managing the social content schedule across multiple social platforms., including posting and scheduling of all social content and staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends and digital technologies
- Deliver a strong acquisition and engagement strategy together with the creative team and media agency.
- Reporting on analytics and using the findings to adapt and mould the social media strategies moving forward to ensure high customer engagement and platform traffic.
- With the broader marketing team, help develop and coordinate the influencer program, building relationships with influencers and agencies to promote the brand through earned and paid channels.
- Creating captivating content for social media sites, which may include but not limited to writing captions, creating hashtags, working with influencers and creating multimedia content
- Monitoring and responding to customer feedback, comments and social media posts
- Engaging and working with brand partners for competitions and product launches

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal and be able to express brand tone of voice creatively
- An understanding of how content works across different platforms
- Excellent understanding of timelines, with strong time management skills
- Organized with impeccable attention to detail, with an ability to anticipate problems and provide suitable solutions
- Experience with all social media platforms including scheduling tools and analytics.
- Highly effective relationship building skills.
- Knowledge and understanding of general marketing strategies and plans
- Diploma or Degree in a similar field.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $3,500.00 per month
