**Project** Description**:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Java Developer to work in the Team located in APAC region for one of our Client in financial industry.
Project goal is to maintain and develop solutions for the Order Management systems including the following functionality:

- Order capture/execution
- Trade finishing (mainframe)
- Analytics & reporting
- Special systems

**Responsibilities**:

- Involvement in all phases of the development cycle
- Active participation in planning meetings
- Implement new features according to specifications
- Write unit/functional or integration tests and perform unit testing
- Code review for other team members
- Automate the maintenance work with the development tools

**Skills**:
Must have
- Multi-threaded programming and Oracle/JPA/Hibernate
- Good API design skills (OpenAPI, Swagger, HAL)
- Good understanding of web technologies & reactive programming (HTTP as a must)
- Working experience with Agile methodologies
- Working knowledge in tools such as JIRA, GitHub/Bitbucket, Maven, Jenkins, Confluence, etc
- Good communication skills and be able to coordinate technical discussion and activities with global and offshore teams
- Self-initiative and comfortable working in difficult situations
- A team player with a positive attitude to build a trusted working relationship with global and offshore teams
- UI technologies (AngularJS/Angular 7,9)

Nice to have
- exposure to Apache/Tomcat on UNIX/Linux environment with shell script programming, experience with analysis, 3rd level support, performance optimization is considered a plus
- prior working experience in a large scale financial institution
