Programme Coordinator

We are looking for passionate people to join us in assisting and supporting the Pastors’ Office and Administration Ministry in administrative and logistics needs. They are expected to work closely with the different stakeholders. They will report directly to their Ministry Team Members or Pastors who will have oversight of their work.

**Responsibilities**
- Support the assigned Pastors in logistics and administrative matters
- Provide general administrative support to the church office
- Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure that ministries are aligned with the overall mission and direction of the church.
- Collate necessary information for annual report
- Ad hoc projects in support of the church’s activities

- Good knowledge of office etiquette and administration procedures
- Has strong community living spirit
- Has a positive and mature attitude
- Willingness to learn and change, with good adaptability skills
- Great team-working skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Excellent in planning and coordination
- Ability to handle multiple priorities
- Problem-solving ability
- Ability to meet deadlines and targets
- Have confidence, self-motivation, able to work independently
- Able to work on weekends when required

**Qualifications and Experience**
- Diploma / Degree holders
- Experience in church ministry work will be a bonus
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in an office environment
- Good knowledge of various virtual meeting platforms; Zoom, MS Team & etc
