As manager of our Market Integrity team, you'll lead a group of Country Program Managers with deep expertise in global issue areas and drive our approach to issues in South Asia.
You will form regional and global teams to respond to issues and devise strategies and safety features to proactively identify risks, resolve vulnerabilities and prevent breaches.

What will I be doing?
- You'll manage a talented team of Country Program Managers, define our approach for the South Asia region and contribute to our global policy trust and safety issues.
- You'll collaborate with cross-functional partners (content policy, product management, data analytics, operations, engineering, algorithm) to identify, assess and resolve related issues in our products
- You'll manage the performance and goals of a team of program managers, developing and driving the roadmap and taking responsibility for key metrics
- You'll provide foresight into various vulnerabilities in scenarios such as video, comments, follow/like, accounts, etc. through qualitative and quantitative approaches

What should I bring with me?
- You have broad experience across Trust and Safety, or a related area such as Fraud, Integrity, management of social networking, or within a Trust and Safety vertical, such as minor safety, hate speech, illegal activities and regulated goods, etc.
- You have proficiency communicating in English and either Urdu, Pashto, Bengali or Bangala; possessing a familiarity with the market's internet user base and changing regulatory environment.
- You have experience in managing and leading small teams including objective setting and performance reviews
- You have an extensive background in managing and coordinating large scale projects or products, working closely with engineering and design teams together with other partner teams to guarantee effective execution of product plans
