**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Responsible for working closely with staff in day-to-day outlet operation
- Maintain good rapport with staff to ensure sales targets are achieve by individual and team performance
- Ability to drive sales and build a new customer base
- Promote brand awareness and the company’s service/ products to customers
- Handle customer’s feedback professionally
- Lead and motivate staff in providing excellent service
- Deliver professional nail services, including manicure/ pedicure, extension and gel nail services
- Good excellent cleanliness and hygiene practices
- Recommending various nail designs and nail art to clients
- Evaluating the condition of clients’ nails and advising them on proper nail care and suitable nail care treatments
- Sanitising all nail instruments and equipment before each use
- Ensuring that workstations are kept clean and orderly
- Ensuring that nail supplies are adequately stocked
- Advise clients on nail care and the use of products and colours
- Promote and sell nail care products
- schedule client appointments and accept payments
- Other duties as and when assigned

**Requirements**:

- Able to work on weekends and PH
- Good communication skills and cheerful personality
