Staff Specialist Osat Manufacturing Strategy

You will work closely with other OSAT functions and also with OSAT stakeholders and interface partners and takes responsibility for work packages as project team member.

In your new role you will:

- **Drive excellence**:

- develop and maintain OSAT cockpit; drive further **automatization of subcon landscape **and further support periodic review of OSAT's business goals
- Do **Risk Management **in the areas of **Operational Metrics, Development Risks, DIV & Market Segments **and liaise closely with Procurement and understand Contract content
- Conduct **Supplier assessment **s; support the evaluation of new **supplier capability **and further develop and maintain the Supplier Assessment process
- Involvement in OSAT projects as needed and own specific work packages, reporting and further develop automatization

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- Bachelor's **Degree **in Manufacturing Engineering, Electronics/Electrical Engineering or any related disciplines
- At least **1 to 3 years' **experience in **semiconductor **industry preferably with **contract manufacturing experience**:

- Proven track record in **data analysis **, deriving actionable results, and presenting them to Senior Director level.
