As Manufacturing Associate Engineer, you are expected to support various functions within the Assembly Package Engineering, Reliability and Device Analysis team. Your role is crucial in helping to make sure that time to market demands of the new products in ensuring qualification of device is always on time. The job also requires supporting new Module BOM sourcing challenges that is required by Design and Apps team. Interaction with assembly sites and contract manufacturers and internal team is key in this role. Hence communication skills are required.

**Responsibilities**:
- Assembly and Module NPIs and second sourcing program support- Working with CMs and OSATS to help source, procure new components and arrange distribution.-
- Researching thru direct material suppliers on possible new BOM as required by the new product.-
- Documenting such in our system-
- Design Reviews- Work with Package Engr to support Design reviews. Knowledge of basic design rules.-
- Working with internal team on acceptance of design files as received from CMs and OSATs.-
- Documentation of design and BOM approvals.-
- Engg Builds to Qual- Creation on Engineering build request, follow thru on documentation of reports in the system-
- Reliability Lab support- Work with Rel Engineer to track qualification lot progress.-
- Documentation of status of qual lots.-
- Work with Rel engineer to establish Reliability flow and documentation procedures.-
- Device Analysis Support- Work with Device Analysis team on any qual related failures-
- Ensuring smooth handshake between teams-
- Create a tracking system and process flow and documentation procedure for failed units.Skills You Will Need
- Minimum Qualifications:_- Diploma or Higher NITEC certification in any related Engineering field.- At least 1 year experience working in Assembly Manufacturing or Reliability Lab environment- Good communication skills- Familiarity with Rel equipment and assembly process and materials
