We're seeking a future team member for the role of **VP, Production Services Infrastructure Support** to join our APAC Engineering Networks team. This role is located in Singapore - HYBRID. To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: - Cisco ACI Design, Implementation and manage: Design, plan, and implement Cisco ACI solutions based on business requirements. Network Troubleshooting and Support: Provide advanced-level support for network-related issues, including ACI-related incidents. - Cisco SDWAN Design, Implementation and manage: Design, plan, and implement Cisco SDWAN solutions based on business requirements. Configure and deploy SDWAN vManage/ vSmart, vBond and relevant policies. - Communicating and collaborating with key global technology teams, ensuring that best practices and standards are agreed at a global level and deployed regionally for all compute initiatives. - Provide coverage for a standard weekday shift from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, with additional overtime and weekend work as necessary. - Excellent communication, relationship management and logical reasoning skills. - Adapts well to change, self-motivated, inquisitive, and collaborative plus a good problem solver. **Desirable**: - Cisco ACI - Cisco SDWAN - Palo Alto Firewall At BNY, our culture speaks for itself.
