**Responsibilities**
- Establish extensive partnerships with global payment solution providers to support the global expansion of the company's business
- Oversee the Payments team, streamline and enhance the efficiency and standard of the workflow for market research, business negotiation, and implementation
- Lead crypto card launches in new markets and end-to-end project management/implementation/expansion through close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- Manage external partner relationships and business plans (e.g., processors, card networks) to drive project success
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as IT and Product, to constantly improve user experience in the payments section
- Identify opportunities to increase operational efficiency and work with internal/external stakeholders to solutionize and improvise business operations implementation.
- Drive business assessment and project management for new strategic card/pay projects
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to identify and implement solutions to improve customers' experience.

**Qualifications**
- Two years or above relevant experience in business development/partnership
- Experience in the online payments industry and/or Alternative Payment Methods (APM) would be a good advantage
- Experience in connecting with payment solution providers for cryptocurrency, OTC or forex companies would be a good advantage
- Very familiar with various payment solution providers' integration and onboarding process
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Highly proactive and able to perform in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to learn and adapt to the changing responsibilities associated with changing market demands
- Oral & written proficiency in both English & Chinese
