This role is part of our ET/UT product line.
As Manager, Regional Sales - Southeast Asia, you will lead commercial development across parts of the Southeast Asian region. You’ll be responsible for growing our market presence, maintaining key client relationships, and generating new business. In parallel, you will act as the Local Manager for Eddyfi Singapore PTE. LTD., ensuring the administrative and operational functions of the local entity are carried out in compliance with internal and local governance. This dual role position combines strategic sales management with local entity oversight, ideal for a results-oriented, commercially driven professional who is also capable of assuming managerial and operational responsibility.

As Manager, Regional Sales - Southeast Asia you must be able to
- Sales Leadership & Market Development.
- Develop and implement strategic territory plans aligned with business goals.
- Manage and grow key accounts to maximize long-term value and customer satisfaction.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across the assigned Southeast Asian markets.
- Provide market intelligence to product management and regional leadership.
- Sales Execution & Reporting.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs in your assigned territory.
- Maintain accurate CRM data (Salesforce or equivalent), ensuring visibility of pipeline, forecasts, and account activity.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and strategic account plans.
- Travel frequently across the region to meet customers (up to 50% travel).
- Local Entity Management.
- Serve as the Local Manager of Eddyfi Singapore PTE. LTD., acting as a key point of contact for all administrative and compliance-related matters
- Coordinate with corporate teams (Finance, Legal, HR, IT, etc.) to ensure proper functioning of the entity
- Represent the company in dealings with auditors, banks, local authorities, and external vendors when required.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the Singapore office and employees (strong and dotted-line reports).
- Internal Collaboration & Representation.
- Participate in regional and global sales meetings and training programs.
- Support internal alignment and contribute to the success of cross-functional initiatives.

What makes you an asset to our team
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical or business-related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in B2B technical sales, ideally in the non-destructive testing (NDT), industrial, or high-tech sectors.
- Knowledge of advanced UT and EM inspection technologies is a strong advantage.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in managing teams, territories, or complex projects.
- Strong commercial skills and cultural adaptability in diverse markets.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written); other Southeast Asian languages are an asset.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred).
- Self-driven, trustworthy, and operationally reliable.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the region and occasionally outside.
