**Key Responsibilities**
Needs Analysis & Advisory:
- Identify customer needs and match them with appropriate insurance policies.
- **Sales Target Achievement**:Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and campaign KPIs, including call quality.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:Build and maintain strong client relationships, following up on renewals and handling issues professionally.
- **Data Management**:Update and maintain accurate customer data and sales activity logs in CRM systems.
- **Compliance**:Ensure all call interactions and processes comply with company SOPs, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
- **Cross-selling & Up-selling**:Identify opportunities to offer additional or upgraded insurance products to customers.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- **Communication**:Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for explaining policies and building rapport.
- **Interpersonal Skills**:The ability to interact professionally and build relationships with clients.
- **Technical Proficiency**:Knowledge of CRM systems and other computer software is necessary.
- **Sales Aptitude**:A proven track record or interest in telesales and achieving sales targets is beneficial.
- **Problem-Solving**:The ability to address customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
- **Resilience**:A positive attitude and the ability to handle rejection and work under pressure.
- **Compliance Mindset**:A commitment to following company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- **Minimum education**: GCE ‘A’ Levels, Local Polytechnic Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree (any discipline)
