The Global Operations Strategy team is responsible for designing the supply chain across Dell’s lines of business and drives special strategic initiatives like our digital transformation. The team in Singapore consists of high-profile members who are ex-consultants from McKinsey, BCG and A.T. Kearney, and alumni from Harvard, MIT, INSEAD, Yale, Princeton, Columbia and Chicago Booth.

Description of Position

As a senior advisor in our Global Operations Digital Strategy organization, you will have the opportunity to work on projects on digital strategy, end-to-end transformation, supply chain design, procurement strategy, as well as drive innovation & technology management in Dell’s global supply chain. Working as a team, you are expected to aid Dell’s executives to drive key business decisions. As part of an incubator of future leaders at the company, you will be well positioned to eventually transition to a leadership role within the organization.

You are expected to provide analytical rigor and produce fact-based reports and analyses to support decision making. The role requires:

- Conducting extensive research and coordinating with cross-functional teams to collect business critical data
- Analyzing data to derive implications and/or create relevant business/industry reports
- Supporting the formulation of insights and recommendations as part of a Strategy project team
- Developing digital and data analytics strategies to reduce supply chain inefficiencies and transform operational performance
- Comfort with a fast-paced dynamic environment and ability to carry out detailed and accurate data analysis on a consistent basis
- Experience in project management methodologies such as Agile

Qualifications Required
- Master’s degree (Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, etc.) from a top-tier university with 2-4 years relevant work experience
- Graduate/Post-graduate degree in business or supply chain preferred
- Management Consulting/Strategy experience preferred
