So, when you say hello to us, you are really empowered to say “Hello BIG Possibilities”._ **Be a Part of Something BIG** **Make an Impact by** **_Procurement Systems Owner (for both Buy-to-sell and Buy-to-consume systems) - Ivalua, Ariba, eWorkflow, S4 Hana and Vendor Quotation System (VQS)_** - Oversee the business ownership of Procurement systems, focusing on both operational management and strategic development to enhance the systems' effectiveness, reliability, and performance. - Establish and uphold critical system support processes, such as user access control and data security measures, in alignment with relevant Group IT and Data Security policies. - Provide Level 2 support for user inquiries related to the system. - Assist with Singtel’s competitive bidding events, including system configuration and troubleshooting issues related to user and supplier participation. - Develop, implement, and maintain training curricula for Procurement system users and suppliers. - Conduct training for suppliers on e-Auction processes and manage system administration for e-Auction events. - Take on operational responsibilities for Sourcing and Contract project creation and maintenance to gain comprehensive knowledge of Procurement systems, policies, and procedures. - Support Singtel Group Enterprise stakeholders with inquiries and training related to buy-to-sell systems. **_Procurement System Enhancement and Process Automation_** - Identify and address operational process and system gaps through the implementation of System Change Requests (CR). - Lead or support the implementation of transformational Procurement system projects. - Promote digitization and process automation by deploying automation tools such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Microsoft Power Automate. - Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and trusted advisor on the latest market trends and best practices in Procurement systems. - Support all User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities. - Develop user training guides and publish in Procurement sharepoint - Conduct change management initiatives and training for users both in Singapore or overseas SGO offices **_Oversee and manage the Procure to Pay (P2P) enquiries from users_** - Responsible to drive the adoption of P2P within Singtel - Resolve discrepancies related to POs, invoices, and payments, including mismatches in price, quantity, or terms as highlighted by users - Collaborate with internal teams, including Finance, Accounts Payable, IT, and Procurement, to address and resolve cross-functional process issues. - Conduct training sessions and create user guides to educate employees on P2P system usage, processes, and compliance expectations. **Skills for Success** - Relevant Degree or Diploma in Business or IT - 3 years of relevant working experience in operational support or management of Procurement systems* - Ariba, iValua, Coupa, Zycus, Tradeshift, SAP ERP (Purchasing or Materials Management module) or equivalent Source-to-Contract (S2C) or Procure-to-Pay (P2P) systems - Project Management - Issues Identification and Root Cause Analysis - Adept in using systems and technologies - Ability to conduct trainings for internal and external users - Effective communication skill with stakeholders and senior management - Good writing/ documentation skill - Good process documentation and visio flowchart processes **Rewards that Go Beyond** - Full suite of health and wellness benefits - Ongoing training and development programs - Internal mobility opportunities We are committed to a safe and healthy environment for our employees & customers and will require all prospective employees to be fully vaccinated.
