Team Introduction The global procurement team facilitates multi-billion dollar annual purchases across 3 major sourcing hubs including Americas, EMEA, and Asia. Our mission is to enhance the business units' competitive edge by providing excellent "visible, controllable, and deliverable" procurement practices & solutions.. **Responsibilities**: 1. Provide fast quotes, order services for internal stakeholders within the categories assigned by the Shared Service Center, in line with Procurement's tactical sourcing strategies 2. Execute procurement business processes, primarily focusing on P2P (Purchase-to-pay), but potentially other relevant Procurement processes. This entails conducting competitive bidding, contract negotiation and the processing of invoices and payments 3. Support service center leadership in process improvement initiatives to transform procurement efficiencies and effectiveness 4. Work with suppliers to improve performance in line with Procurement's performance metrics 5. Engage with internal and external stakeholders to achieve optimal adherence to Procurement's policies and procedures 6. Discover, track and resolve day to day P2P issues; Take actions to improve processes within the immediate scope 7. Resolve vendor onboarding issues as they arise 8. Data analysis and initiation of operation efficiency improvement actions 1. Understand the foundation of procurement, familiar with procure to pay, end to end process and related systems. 2. Willing to travel occasionally. 3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Good work ethics and business ethics. 4. Attention to details and impeccable integrity is a must.
