**Responsibilities**:

- Provide comprehensive administrative support to multiple Project Managers, assisting in the efficient management of project timelines, resources, and deliverables.
- Coordinate and track progress on various projects, ensuring all milestones are met and all stakeholders are updated on project status.
- Assist in the preparation of Progress Claims and Invoices, ensuring accurate billing and compliance with revenue recognition standards.
- Collaborate with the Tender Team to develop effective bid strategies, support the preparation of tender proposals, and ensure timely submissions.
- Organize and maintain project documentation, ensuring all records are updated and accessible.
- Handle various administrative tasks as required to support the project management team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and communicating with clients and vendors.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in an administrative or project support role, ideally within a project management or construction environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other project management software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with attention to detail and a focus on deadlines.
- Previous experience in tender preparation or project invoicing is a plus.
