_**Position Overview**:_

Are you an organized and detail-oriented professional with a passion for sales support? As a Sales Administrative Assistant, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of our sales department. You will handle administrative tasks, assist with client interactions, and help streamline sales processes. Your role will be crucial in maintaining our high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.
- **Job Scope**:_
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing reports.
- Handle client inquiries and follow-up communications with professionalism and attention to detail. Assist in processing orders and maintaining client records.
- Assist with the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and contracts. Track sales metrics and help generate reports to analyze performance.
- Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate and timely information about clients, leads, and sales activities.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services. Assist in organizing sales events and meetings.
- **Requirements**:_
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a sales support or administrative role.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail, proactive attitude, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
