Job Responsibilities: - Support daily operation of in Finance, HR and Admin Department. - Record suppliers’ invoices and staff claims. - Process payments. - Reconcile AP balance against supplier’s SOA. - Maintain Fixed Assets listing. - Perform month end financial closing. - Prepare monthly reports. - Prepare and submit GST returns. - Prepare reconciliation and audit schedules. - Maintain accounting files and records. - Support in financial audits. - Handle HR and general administrative duties. - Job rotation. Any other duties as assigned. Requirements: - Minimum GCE 'A" level or Diploma in Accounting & Finance/Business Administrative. - Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office. - Knowledge of QuickBooks accounting system would be advantageous. Able to work independently and as a team to support each other.
