This position is for PaxOcean Group, a company under Kuok (Singapore) Limited.

Position Summary

You will play a critical role assisting the Head of Department in upholding the shipyard facility by leading a facilities team that will be responsible for the maintenance of equipment and buildings.

Tasks and Responsibility
- As a team leader, besides providing leadership and guidance to your team to create a work environment that promotes excellence, collaboration, and employee satisfaction, you will also establish rapport with and manage all the contractors under your charge.
- You will mobilise your resources to support stakeholders and execute facilities management operations and project activities to support PaxOcean’ s business objectives.
- You will be responsible for ensuring your areas are compliant of all relevant statutory requirements and certifications.
- You will also manage capex, A&A and improvement projects including budgeting, procurement, execution and ensuring delivery quality.In addition, you will also drive productivity, efficiency and sustainability through continuous improvement initiatives, innovation and change management within your team.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Good Degree/Diploma in Estate Management, Facility Management & Shipyard Management, Engineering preferably Mechanical or Electrical related.
- Familiar with relevant Singapore Codes of Practices, contract administration and procurement procedures.
- Demonstrated experience in managing the maintenance (including but not limited to housekeeping, building and M&E services) of a large-scale property.
- Demonstrated experience in managing the maintenance of marine related equipment such as gantry crane, crawler crane.
- Demonstrated experience in managing the maintenance of floating dock etc.
