This is an exciting opportunity to join one of Asia’s leading Health & Lifesciences Consulting companies. As a Senior Consultant at Vista Health, you will be joining a firm that will challenge you and accelerate your success through coaching, structured training, and a culture of apprenticeship.

In this role, as part of the transition to firm leadership, you’ll learn to gain a wider, deeper perspective across practice areas, refine your leadership skills to inspire others and support the development of analysts and consultants. You’ll also support global clients on strategic decisions and expand your network and visibility in the industry.

Vista Health is based in Singapore, and partners with clients across Asia Pacific and Emerging Markets, typically including the global top 20 pharmaceutical, med tech and biotech companies. Our work spans the full spectrum of therapeutic and disease areas. Our clients know us for our senior, expert advice in market access, RWE, market intelligence, HEOR and HTA which spans a wide breath of expertise, from value dossiers, access strategies to evidence generation. We are also aggressively investing in AI/ML and blockchain technology to innovate our consulting offer.

**KEY OUTCOMES**
- Important contribution to project design, analysis, and recommendations; developing custom solutions and working closely with clients to successfully answer business critical and often, strategic global decisions.
- Contribute to business growth by identifying opportunities for follow on work, new leads and developing innovative proposals with senior leadership guidance that leverage Vista Health’s IP.
- Intensify Vista’s positive industry impact by working with senior leaders to develop well-articulated thought leadership assets that present innovative and action-oriented information, insight, knowledge, and guidance for clients.
- Building external relationships, with regional clients, liaison with key stakeholder groups e.g., policy makers, providers, industry/academic groups
- Cultivate and grow talent by inspiring others, leading by example, coaching and performance management for team members; also paying it forwards by looking out for opportunities to help others succeed.
- Contribute towards firm building and accelerate growth by supporting senior leaders in the implementation and adoption of processes, SOPs, and solutions. including AI/ML, that will allow the firm to scale more quickly and efficiently.

- At ease in communicating complex ideas simply.
- Fluency in English is a must, fluency in another language is a strong bonus.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- 5-8 years of healthcare consulting experience and/or experience in market intelligence, health economics, health technology assessment, pricing and market access, health outcomes, policy development and RWE.
