As a highly experienced and senior member of a global LNG team, you will contribute towards the development of the global LNG traded portfolio. You will lead the origination, negotiation, and execution of mid to long-term supply and demand opportunities, including SPAs, entry into new markets, JVs, and infrastructure investment opportunities. Focus is mainly around the APAC region, although you will be working closely with various stakeholders across various part of the global business, including Trading, Operations, Shipping, Legal, Compliance, etc, and will represent the company, externally at a governmental level as well as with customers/counterparts.

**Position Summary
- In charge of the LNG trading business in China and South East Asia market, including but not limited to contacting with counter parties, contracts drafting, negotiating, concluding deals, market and deal structure analysis
- Contacting counter parties to ensure smooth LNG delivery operation including nominating and changing LNG cargo delivery window, disposing LNG spec test report and issue invoice
- Finishing the internal procedure of any required trading and operating business
- Any other duties as may be assigned

**Position Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent from one of the following fields: Accounting, Business, Engineering, Mathematics, Sciences, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain Management or Marketing
- Minimum 8 years of LNG trading and/or origination experience including managing position risk and exposure aggregated across the globe
- Possess good English & Mandarin writing, reading and listening skill in order to liaise with mandarin-speaking customer and supplier
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate and develop complex deal structures to generate/capture new business and grow earnings
- Strong growth mindset and commercial acumen to identify and capture optimization opportunities and creating third party profitable trading opportunities
- Demonstrated ability to develop trading strategies for short to long term time horizons inter-regionally for physical and financial commodities in pursuit of system optimization and trading for profit
- Ability to understand market alternatives and utilize that knowledge to make decisions in the best interest of the enterprise
- Demonstrated expertise in exposure and risk management. Ability to articulate market view, outstanding exposure and activities taken to manage risk
- Experience in negotiating/contracting agreements in LNG
- Ability to build industry relationships to facilitate new business
- Familiar with international energy trade and legal knowledge
