**Job Description:
As a **Product Manager **, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our app by overseeing its lifecycle from concept to execution. You will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams, defining product features, and ensuring the app meets the needs of our customers. Your deep understanding of the food tech industry, combined with your technical expertise and UX/UI design knowledge, will help create a seamless and secure user experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Product Strategy & Roadmap**: Define and prioritize the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with the overall business goals and user needs.
- **Food Tech Expertise**: Leverage your knowledge of the food ordering, delivery, and discovery landscape to deliver features that drive user engagement and satisfaction.
- **UI/UX Design Collaboration**: Work closely with UI/UX designers to ensure the app delivers a user-friendly, intuitive, and visually appealing experience. Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools required.
- **Cross-Functional Leadership**: Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and operations teams to drive product development and ensure timely delivery of features.
- **Security & Technical Oversight**: Ensure that the app adheres to best practices in security, user privacy, and data protection. Work with the technical team to ensure scalability and performance.
- **Market Research & Analytics**: Continuously monitor industry trends, customer feedback, and app performance to inform product decisions and optimizations.
- **Agile Process Management**: Lead agile product development cycles, managing sprints, user stories, and backlogs to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: 3+ years of product management experience, ideally within the food tech, food delivery, or e-commerce sectors.
- **Industry Knowledge**: In-depth understanding of the food ordering, delivery, and discovery space, including key trends and customer pain points.
- **UI/UX Design**: Strong familiarity with UI/UX principles, design tools like Figma, and collaboration with design teams to create an exceptional user experience.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Solid understanding of app development processes, security best practices, and technical requirements for mobile and web apps.
- **Security Focus**: Knowledge of data security, compliance (GDPR, CCPA), and secure payment systems integration.
- **Agile Methodologies**: Proficient in Agile methodologies, with experience leading sprints and managing product backlogs.
- **Strong Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders.
- **Problem-Solving & Analytical**: Strong analytical mindset, able to use data and customer insights to inform decisions and optimize the product.
- **Start-up Mentality**: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment with a strong sense of urgency and ownership.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with food delivery or food discovery platforms like Meituan, Dianping, Agoda, UberEats, DoorDash, GrubHub, or similar.
- Experience with APIs and integrations related to payments, delivery services, and third-party APIs.
- Familiarity with A/B testing, user journey mapping, and product analytics tools.
- Familiar with Asia tech latest trend and information.
- The job require you to travel regular to China and Asean countries.
