We are now seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as an International Market Representative.

**Key Responsibilities**:
As an International Market Representative, you will play a crucial role in expanding our presence in the international cashew market. Your primary responsibilities will include:
**Forex Expertise**:Utilizing your in-depth knowledge of forex markets to maximize profitability in international transactions.

**Cashew Processing and Procurement**:Leveraging your previous experience in cashew processing and procurement to optimize our supply chain and enhance product quality.

**Market Knowledge**:Utilizing your expertise in the African cashew market to identify trends, market demands, and opportunities for growth.

**Extensive International Travel**:Traveling frequently to key cashew trading destinations, including Dubai, Hong Kong, India and West Africa, to establish and maintain strong business relationships.

**Language Skills**:Proficiency in the local language in West African markets is essential for effective communication and negotiation.
- Strong knowledge of forex markets and international finance.
- A proven track record in cashew processing and procurement.
- Extensive experience in the African cashew market.
- Proficiency in the local language of West African markets.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively to key international locations more to West African countries.

**Requirements**:

- Master’s degree in business, or international business-related field; master in business or related field preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an international business representative & related experience with trading business.
- Excellent Verbal and Written Communication
- Promoting Process Improvement
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Self-motivated and self-directed
