Data Entry Clerk Job Duties and Responsibilities Data Entry Clerk as follows:

- key in data from hard copy to system
- Organize existing data in a spreadsheet.
- Verify data and make any necessary changes to records.
- Operate common office equipment, like scanners and printers.
- filings and records
- Perform regular database backups to secure data.
- Provide occasional administrative support.
- Sort and organize hard copies of paperwork after entering data electronically.
- Review data for deficiencies or errors.
- Provide data entry support across departments on an ad-hoc basis.
- Data entry quickly and efficiently.

There is potential for a permanent employee conversion, based on individual performance.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $1,500.00 - $2,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Data entry: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: In person
