**What you will be working on**
- You will be part of the dynamic team responsible for financial and accounting functions in MTI. Reporting to Deputy Director (Finance), your scope of works will include, but is not limited, to the following:

- Manage and oversee MTI-HQ’s daily finance operations, which includes but is not limited to processing of payments, deposit records, fixed asset transactions and journal transactions, updates to vendor bank and other financial system records, as well as ensuring internal controls are being adhered to on an organisational-level and are in compliance with the Government’s regulations and instruction manuals;
- Work with both internal and external stakeholders on audit, policy and process-related queries;
- Manage and ensure timely submission of financial returns to central Government agencies;
- Monitor, analyse, report and present financial metrics to management;
- Review financial processes and policies, and identify areas for improvement and automation to strengthen controls and efficiency;
- Contribute to Finance Division’s process improvement and transformation efforts.
