Key Account Manager

Identify new leads through corporation Global Sales (Geographical area is within APAC).
- Together with Director of Sales responsible for bringing in new customers.
- Plan and Execute the First Contact and deliver detailed proposals to ensure high success rate
- Grow & develop trusted relationships with existing client base.
- Detailed customer list assigned.
- Ensure strong onboarding of accounts from the sales force
- Responsible for the Onboarding process.
- Grow existing accounts through customer excellence service.
- Key Account Management - Such as, but not limited to: Coordination between Internal Stakeholders in the UK, Denmark and the Far East Grow the accounts while also responding to and coordinating to resolve any service-related issues.
- Ensure accounts are healthy and deliver on both Top as well as the bottom line.
- Ensure reporting and SLA are delivered to the accounts. Support Collection of Debt when required Lead the Victualling Performance meetings between internal teams.
- Being Ambassadors for proactive service and growth mindset.
- Travel Required 30 days per annum
**Jobs Requirement**
- Strong network in the maritime industry.
- Knowledge of Maritime, Incoterms, basics of the Shipping Industry
- Fluent in both English and Japanese (JLPT N2 and above) Listening/Writing/Speaking is essential to liaise with Japanese-speaking counterparts
- Willing to travel
