**Key Responsibilities**

Advise clients on product and materials options, managing the entire sales cycle, while giving our clients an amazing customer experience.

Liaising with clients both online and offline. Demonstrating how our space saving furniture products work and how they can benefit the customer.

Contacting people who have shown interest in our products (enquiries & showroom visitors), ensuring all leads are followed up, to maximise potential sales.

Pursuing business development opportunities for B2B clients.

The showroom is open 7 days a week, so the Sales Designer will need to be able to work weekends, with a day (or days off) in lieu during the week.

Assisting with administrative duties for example invoicing, scheduling, general admin and paperwork.

**Requirements**:
We are ideally looking for someone with both sales and design experience (interior design/kitchen sales) to work on B2B and retail projects and also to assist customers in planning their space using our innovative customisable designs.

We pride ourselves in putting the customer experience first so the Sales Designer must be helpful and enthusiastic in meeting our customers needs and expectations.

Ability to produce simple 3D visualisations either by hand or using SketchUp, or some other 3D software to be able to propose customised solutions to customers.

Possess at least relevant A Levels and ideally relevant Professional Certificate/NiTEC.

Highly organised with great communication and presentation skills.

Excellent customer service skills. Good computer skills, MS Word, Excel etc.

Good level of English written and verbal.

To be responsible and dependable.

Able to work independently, be self motivated and proactive.
